If you are the lead organiser and would like to place name cards on tables, locate your tables or collect your welcome pack, you may arrive up to 30 minutes before the event start time with one or two helpers.

Some venues may have other facilities available before the event, such as bars, lounges, meeting rooms or other function spaces. Availability varies by venue and any such arrangements must be made directly with the venue.
