Early access is available for organisers only. Guests should arrive at the advertised event start time.

Can I arrive early to set up my tables?

Yes, organisers may arrive up to 30 minutes before the advertised event start time.

You may also bring one or two helpers if required.

This can be useful if you would like to:

• Place your own name cards on tables
• Locate your group's tables before guests arrive
• Collect your welcome pack from the Event Manager

The Event Manager will normally be available within the event space before guests arrive and will provide any items that need to be distributed to your group, such as wristbands, drinks tokens or dietary cards.

Early access is intended for organisers preparing for the event. Other guests should arrive from the advertised event start time.
