Can I cancel my booking?

This article applies to shared parties and private dining rooms at shared Christmas parties. If you have booked an exclusive event, please refer to the terms and conditions included in your booking contract.

Yes, you can request cancellation of your booking. However, cancellation charges will apply.

What are the cancellation charges?

For shared parties and private dining rooms at shared Christmas parties:

• If you request cancellation 42 days or more before the event, the cancellation charge is equivalent to the standard deposit amount for each guest.
• If you request cancellation less than 42 days before the event, the cancellation charge is 100% of the booking value.

Please refer to your booking contract and terms and conditions for the definitive position.

How do I request a cancellation?
