Can I change the lead organiser?

Yes. If somebody else needs to take over management of the booking, we can update the lead organiser.

Common reasons include:

  • The original organiser has left the company.
  • Responsibility for the event has moved to another colleague.

How do I request a change?

The current lead organiser should email bookings@westendevents.co.uk and provide:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Work email address
  • Contact telephone number

for the new lead organiser.

We'll update our records and send future communications to the new lead organiser.

The existing lead organiser is responsible for passing on any previous communications, documents and outstanding actions relating to the booking.
