Can I get copies of the event photos or videos?

Some events may include photographers or videographers capturing promotional content for West End Events.

These images and videos are usually created for marketing and promotional purposes and are not routinely distributed to guests.

Because content often needs to be edited and approved before use, final images and videos may not be available until several months after the event.

If a photographer is included as part of the event experience (for example, a paparazzi photographer), details of how those photographs will be explained at the event.

I don't want to be photographed

The use of photography and videography for promotional purposes is explained in our terms and conditions.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please make the photographer or videographer aware on the event night. They will make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing individual photographs or footage of you.

What if I appear in a wider venue shot?

Where photographs or videos contain wider crowd or venue shots, it may not always be possible to avoid capturing every guest.

If you later identify an image or video featuring you and would like it removed from our marketing materials, please email bookings@westendevents.co.uk and we'll review your request.
