Yes. If one of your attendees can no longer attend, their place can be taken by somebody else.

Do I need to tell West End Events?

No. Your booking is for a number of places rather than a list of named attendees.

You are responsible for deciding who attends and managing any attendee changes within your group.

What about dietary requirements?

If the attendee change affects dietary requirements, the dietary information must be updated before the dietary requirements deadline.

After the dietary requirements deadline has passed, dietary requirements can no longer be changed. Any replacement attendee will therefore receive the meal already allocated to that place.
