Can I upgrade my package?
Yes, package upgrades are usually possible, subject to the applicable deadlines.
What is the deadline for upgrading?
Package upgrades must be agreed, processed and paid for at least 21 days before the event.
Can I upgrade my package on the event night?
No. Package upgrades cannot be purchased or applied on the event night.
All upgrades must be arranged and paid for in advance so that guest numbers, drinks allocations and venue arrangements can be finalised before the event.
Does the upgrade apply to everyone?
Yes. Package upgrades apply to the entire booking and cannot be selected on a guest-by-guest basis.
How do I request an upgrade?
The lead organiser should email bookings@westendevents.co.uk.
We'll explain the available upgrade options and arrange any additional invoices required.
