Individual guests do not have access to the customer portal and cannot submit dietary requirements directly.
The organiser is responsible for collecting dietary requirements from their guests and entering them into the dietary requirements form before the deadline shown in the portal.
We do not collect dietary requirements directly from individual guests.
If a guest has a dietary requirement, they should provide the information to their organiser, who can then submit it through the customer portal.
