Can you tell me my table layout in advance?

No, we cannot confirm table layouts, table numbers or seating arrangements in advance. These are determined by the venue operations team when the room is being set up on the day of the event.

This allows the operations team to accommodate final guest numbers and make the best use of the available space.

At shared events, many groups increase or decrease their numbers throughout the booking period. As a result, table allocations may change right up until the event is being set up.

For this reason, we are unable to confirm:

  • The exact number of tables allocated to your group
  • Your table numbers
  • The exact location of your tables within the room
  • The final table layout

A table plan showing where each group is seated will be available at the venue on the night.
