Do guests choose their meals in advance?

Our events operate on set menus and guests do not choose individual starters, mains or desserts in advance.

Guests without dietary requirements will receive the standard menu shown on the event page.

Alternative meals are available for guests with dietary requirements, such as vegetarian, vegan, halal, allergies or other dietary needs. These requirements must be submitted through the dietary requirements form before the deadline.

Please note that alternative meals are provided to accommodate dietary requirements rather than personal preferences. Guests cannot choose dishes from different menus or request an alternative meal simply because they prefer it.

For example, a guest cannot choose a starter from the standard menu and a main course from the vegetarian menu.

If you have guests with dietary requirements, please see our dietary requirements articles for information on how alternative meals are arranged.
