No, we do not provide name cards or place cards for guests.

We do not allocate individual seats or create seating plans, so there is normally no requirement for name cards.

The exception is guests with dietary requirements. Special dietary cards are usually prepared for those guests so that venue staff can identify the correct meals on the night.

If you would like to use name cards for your own group, you are welcome to bring them with you and place them on your tables.

Organisers may arrive up to 30 minutes before the event start time with one or two helpers to do this.
