Guests booked on the All-Inclusive Plus package receive six drinks tokens per guest, unless the event page or your booking paperwork states otherwise.
The drinks tokens will be provided to the booking organiser in the welcome pack on arrival. The organiser can then distribute the tokens amongst guests as they see fit.
To redeem a token, present it at the event bar when ordering an eligible drink.
Each token can be exchanged for:
- One house spirit and mixer
- One glass of prosecco
Alternatively, six tokens can be exchanged for one bottle of prosecco.
House spirits typically include options such as gin, vodka, rum and whisky. Specific brands may vary between venues.
Drinks tokens can only be exchanged for the venue's house spirit options. They cannot be used for cocktails or higher-priced spirit brands.
Drinks tokens can only be used at the event bar and cannot be used elsewhere within the hotel.
Unused drinks tokens have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
