How do I pay an invoice?

Payment by bank transfer is our preferred payment method.

Our bank details are shown on all VAT invoices. Please quote your invoice number when making payment.

I can't see any payment details

Please check that you're looking at a VAT invoice rather than a booking summary.

VAT invoices are clearly labelled "VAT Invoice" and include payment details and payment instructions.

Booking summaries show information about your booking, including guest numbers, ticket prices and cancellation charges, but do not contain payment details.

Can I pay by card?

Yes. Once you have received your invoice, please email bookings@westendevents.co.uk quoting your invoice number and we'll provide a secure online payment link.

We do not take card payments over the phone.
