I have a guest requiring kosher catering

Selecting Kosher in the dietary requirements form does not arrange a kosher meal.

Kosher meals are sourced from external suppliers rather than prepared by the venue's kitchen. As a result, additional charges will usually apply.

If you have a guest requiring kosher catering, please contact bookings@westendevents.co.uk as soon as possible so that we can discuss the options available for your event location and guide you through the ordering process.

Please note that the availability of kosher catering depends on suitable suppliers being available in the area. Whilst we will assist where possible, kosher catering cannot be guaranteed at every venue or location.

Once the dietary deadline has passed, dietary information is shared with the venue and catering arrangements are finalised.

At the event, guests should ensure that waiting staff are aware that they are expecting a kosher meal whenever food is served. If dietary cards are provided, they should be displayed clearly and brought to the attention of waiting staff when each course is served.

If guests have any concerns or require further information, they should speak to the venue's food and beverage manager or a member of the venue management team.
