I have a guest who does not eat pork

Guests who do not eat pork should be added to the dietary requirements form in your customer portal before the dietary deadline.

Dietary requirements should be submitted regardless of what appears on the published menu. Menus do not list every ingredient and may occasionally change.

When submitting the requirement, please provide details so that the venue can take the guest's dietary requirements into account when planning catering for the event.

The meal provided may differ from the standard menu shown on the website.

Once the dietary deadline has passed, dietary information is shared with the venue and catering arrangements are finalised.

At the event, guests should ensure that waiting staff are aware of their dietary requirement whenever food is served. If dietary cards are provided, they should be displayed clearly and brought to the attention of waiting staff when each course is served.

If guests have any concerns or require further information, they should speak to the venue's food and beverage manager or a member of the venue management team.
