I have a vegetarian guest

Guests requiring a vegetarian meal should be added to the dietary requirements form in your customer portal before the dietary deadline.

Most event pages include a vegetarian menu which can be viewed alongside the standard menu.

Please note that guests requiring a vegetarian meal must still be added to the dietary requirements form, even if the vegetarian menu is published on the website.

Once the dietary deadline has passed, dietary information is shared with the venue and catering arrangements are finalised.

At the event, guests should ensure that waiting staff are aware that they are expecting a vegetarian meal whenever food is served. If dietary cards are provided, they should be displayed clearly and brought to the attention of waiting staff when each course is served.

If guests have any concerns or require further information, they should speak to the venue's food and beverage manager or a member of the venue management team
