I want to book but don't know my final guest numbers

That's completely normal. Many organisers don't know their final guest numbers when they first book.

Shared Christmas parties

For shared dining rooms, your booking represents us taking a specific number of tickets off sale, so you'll need to tell us how many tickets you'd like to book.

If you don't know your final numbers yet, you have a few options.

Option 1: Wait before booking

You can wait until you have a clearer idea of your final numbers before making a booking.

However, please be aware that availability can change and popular dates may sell out.

Option 2: Book for the minimum number you think you'll need

Many organisers choose to book for the lowest number they expect to attend and add additional guests later.

Additional tickets can be added after booking, subject to availability.

Please note that the deadline for adding guests is 3 weeks before the event.

Option 3: Book for the maximum number you think you'll need

If you'd prefer to guarantee enough space for everyone, you can book for the highest number you think may attend.

If your final numbers are lower than expected, you can reduce your booking later.

Please note that any reduction in guest numbers will incur cancellation charges in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Private dining rooms at shared Christmas parties

For private dining rooms, we'll recommend a room based on your expected group size.

Each room has a minimum and maximum capacity.

If you don't know your final numbers yet, the key question is whether you're comfortable booking a room with the proposed minimum and maximum numbers.

If you are, it's often best to secure the room now based on the minimum number and add additional guests later as your plans become clearer.

Additional guests can be added after booking, subject to the maximum capacity of the room and the deadline for additions, which is 3 weeks before the event.

If you're still very unsure about your likely attendance, you may prefer to wait until you have a clearer idea of numbers before booking.
