If any member of your group has accessibility, mobility or wheelchair requirements, please discuss this with us before booking, or as soon as possible after booking.
Is the venue accessible?
Our events are held in major hotels and venues which are generally accessible.
However, some accessibility requirements may require additional planning within the event space itself. This can include seating arrangements, table allocations and access routes through the room.
The earlier we are made aware of any requirements, the more options we are likely to have available.
If accessibility requirements are only raised shortly before the event or on the day itself, this may limit the adjustments that can be made.
If you have any questions about accessibility, please contact us before booking or as soon as possible afterwards so that we can discuss your requirements.
