If you've already booked onto the event, additional guests may still be possible in some circumstances.
For example, there may be space available within your existing table allocation.
The lead organiser should email bookings@westendevents.co.uk and we'll check whether any additional guests can be accommodated.
If additional capacity is available, the standard deadlines and amendment rules will apply.
What if there isn't enough space?
If no additional capacity is available, we are unable to add additional guests.
We do not operate a waiting list for sold out events.
How can I check for availability?
Availability on our website is updated automatically as tickets are sold and released.
If additional tickets become available, the event will no longer show as sold out and the available ticket quantity will be displayed on the event page.
We recommend checking the website periodically if you are hoping to secure additional places.
What if somebody from my group drops out?
Many organisers maintain their own internal waiting list of colleagues, clients or guests who would like to attend if a place becomes available.
If somebody within your group can no longer attend, you may transfer their place to somebody else within your organisation, subject to the dietary requirements deadline.
