What happens after the dietary deadline?

At 23:59 on the dietary deadline date, the dietary requirements form automatically locks.

Once the form has locked, it is no longer possible to:

  • Add dietary requirements
  • Edit existing dietary requirements
  • Remove dietary requirements

After the deadline, dietary information is shared with the venue and catering arrangements are finalised.

The venue's catering team reviews the dietary requirements submitted for the event and prepares suitable meals for the guests concerned.

For this reason, dietary requirements cannot be changed once the deadline has passed.
