What is the deadline for submitting dietary requirements?
Dietary requirements must be submitted no later than 21 days before the event.
The exact deadline for your booking is displayed in your customer portal.
At 23:59 on the deadline date, the dietary requirements form will automatically lock and it will no longer be possible to:
- Add dietary requirements
- Edit existing dietary requirements
- Remove dietary requirements
We recommend collecting dietary requirements from your guests as early as possible, particularly for larger groups where responses can take time to gather.
After the deadline has passed, we cannot accept new dietary requirements or changes to existing dietary requirements.
