Why have I received a full payment invoice?
For shared Christmas parties and private dining rooms at shared Christmas parties, bookings made well in advance of the event are normally invoiced in two stages:
- A deposit
- The remaining balance
However, if your booking is confirmed closer to the event date, we may issue a single invoice for the full booking value instead.
This is because balance payments are due 42 days before the event. If there is insufficient time between the deposit and balance payment stages, a full payment invoice will be issued instead.
The payment due date will be shown on your invoice.
