Why haven't I received an invoice yet?

Invoices are issued once your booking has been fully confirmed.

For shared Christmas parties and private dining rooms at shared Christmas parties, this means the booking contract must be signed by all parties before an invoice can be generated.

Once your booking has been confirmed, any applicable invoice will be issued automatically and emailed to the booking contact.

If you have recently signed your contract, please allow time for it to be countersigned and processed.
