How do changes in guest numbers affect our tables?

Info
Rules relating to adding or removing guests are covered in Managing Your Booking. This article explains how changes may affect your table allocation.

Changes to guest numbers can affect your table allocation.

If your guest numbers change more than 21 days before the event, the venue operations team will take the revised numbers into account when planning table allocations and room layouts.

Table allocations are determined by the venue operations team when the room is being set up on the day of the event.

Once the event is less than 21 days away, table plans and room layouts begin to be finalised. Changes to guest numbers after this point will not normally result in further changes to your table allocation.

If guests are no longer able to attend after table plans have been finalised, empty seats may remain on your allocated tables.

Guests are free to choose their own seats on arrival and may move around within their group's allocated tables if they wish.

For information about adding guests, reducing numbers or the applicable deadlines, please see Managing Your Booking.
