When you book a shared Christmas party or private dining room at a shared event, we guarantee that there will be sufficient seating for the number of guests included in your booking.
Your group will always have its own allocated tables and will not be required to share tables with another booking or company.
However, we do not guarantee a specific table layout, table size or number of tables.
Table sizes vary between venues. Some venues use tables seating 10 guests, some use tables seating 12 guests, and some use a mixture of both.
Table allocations are determined by the venue operations team when the room is being set up on the day of the event. This allows them to accommodate final guest numbers and ensure groups are seated as efficiently as possible.
Where a booking requires multiple tables, we will try to keep those tables together wherever possible.
We do not create seating plans, allocate individual seats or require a full guest list. Guests are free to choose their own seats on arrival.
If you would like to place name cards on your tables, organisers may arrive up to 30 minutes before the event start time with one or two helpers to do so.
